InfoIMG creates meaningful customized files for IMGs, so that our customers get exactly what they need and also avoid spending unnecessarily.  This sometimes leads to some unavoidable overlapping among files. We appreciate your understanding this. However, some files are clearly subsets of larger files and these are the files that you do NOT need to purchase when you purchase the original large files from which the small files are derived.

    • 1. If you still purchase the derived files together with the large files from which those small files were derived, InfoIMG would refund the amount for the smaller files after applying a 15% refund fee. InfoIMG needs to do this due to charges associated with credit card payment processing and time wasted in refund processing. The amount for the refund will be sent by email as cash using PayPal to your email address. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to be issued.

    For example, if you purchase FP-1-East+Midwest: "Family Practice Programs (East + Midwest) requiring 80 or less" file (for say, $79.99) and also purchase FP-2,  "Family Practice Programs Sponsoring Both H1 and J1 visas" file (for say, $29.99) together. The File Selection Guide already recommends NOT purchasing the later file. In this case, InfoIMG would apply a 15% refund fee ($4.50 in this case) and would refund you ($29.99 - $4.50=) $25.50.

    2. If you first purchased the derived file and within 3 business days purchase the larger file from which the smaller file was derived; InfoIMG would credit you the entire amount for the first purchase of the derived file.

    For example, Say you first purchased FP-2 "Family Practice Programs Sponsoring Both H1 and J1 visas" file (for say, $29.99). If within 3 business days you purchase FP-1-East+Midwest "Family Practice Programs requiring 80 or less" file (for say, $79.99); InfoIMG will refund you the entire amount for the first purchase of the derived file - $29.99 in this example.
